I hear your "zc" hood is homemade. How the heck did you do that.

I wouldnt go as far as calling it homemade 
I had a shop make it. The guy had the exact size I wanted and shape. I think he made it by heating the metal, bending it, then using filler to smooth it out. Its a little bit rounder then a ZC buldge, looks good though, functional also "since it goes upwards under the hood to fit the timing belt cover"

Costs about 300-350, about the same as if you are buying a real ZC hood
